Tanya started in the health and fitness business 20 years ago as an aerobics and body conditioning teacher, mainly working in gyms and local community centres. She started yoga after an injury and found that she really enjoyed it whilst helping with the healing process.
In 2005, Tanya completed 2 courses with the British School of Yoga, and became a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher. Tanya is always looking for new and intuitive ways to improve her classes, and after lots of research, and decided that Dru Yoga complemented her classes. Dru is based on a soft flowing movement, that can enable anyone to practice. Tanya works in small groups and works her hardest to personalise the practice to suit all individuals.
